‘A Place and People that offers – Hope, Community & Growth through the power of Jesus Christ.’

HOPE - (Romans 5:5)

healing...

We have HOPE in the healing power of Jesus to touch broken, sick and sinful lives. The most important healing deals with our sin but we also believe in the power of Jesus to heal our broken bodies too.

opportunity...

We want to create opportunities where the people of Kings County can encounter the HOPE of Jesus. It is our passion to connect the HOPE of Jesus to those who are in need of such HOPE.

peace...

We want to become a people of peace by having peace with God and the peace of God living within us. It is our belief that Jesus offers a HOPE for personal and world peace.

encouragement...

We envision New Hope as a place and people of encouragement. In other words, we desire to speak words of LIFE and HOPE instead of cynicism and condemnation.

COMMUNITY - (Romans 12:9-13)

support...

We believe COMMUNITY is a place where people serve, encourage, forgive, pray & confess personal sins to each other. This goal is primarily lived out in our Community Groups, Ministry Teams & Prayer Services.

unity...

We strive to be a COMMUNITY of unity, openly encouraging individuals to resist selfishness and personal agendas.

service...

We long to be a COMMUNITY of service, to be more interested in serving others than having others serve us.

grace...

We endeavour to be a COMMUNITY of grace. It is extremely important to us that we extend the Grace of Jesus to everyone.

GROWTH - (1 Peter 2:1-3)

unhealthy practices...

In order to grow spiritually we acknowledge there are unhealthy practices we must eliminate from our lives. It is never easy to deal with our hurts, hang-ups or unhealthy habits but our spiritual health depends on it. We believe Jesus has the power to help us succeed.

spiritual health...

New Hope is a place & people that craves and pursues spiritual healthy. We would love to see everyone at New Hope reading Scripture, praying and interacting in a Community Group. The spiritual health/temperature of New Hope is directly related to each person’s spiritual appetite.
